Are there any specific things I need to do when planting a tree?
First you need to dig your hole twice as wide as the pot your tree came in and at least one and a half times as deep. To encourage your roots to spread we encourage you to cut the outside edges of the root ball. This way instead of the roots growing in a circular motion they are enouraged to spread out. We reccomend using MYKE's mycorrhizae to put on your roots and in the hole when planting. MYKE's is NOT a fertilizer. It is a root establisher. This meaning it will help your plant/tree to soak up more water and nutrients from the soil around it. Lastly put some potting soil/the soil you took out back into the hole with your tree.
